www.ntv.co.ke Five judges to the Supreme Court have been nominated. The five, Lawyer Njoki Ndungu, Appeals Court Judge Phillip Tunoi, High Court Judges Mohamed Ibrahim and Jackton Ojwang and former KACC Assistant Director Smokin Wanjala were picked from a list of 25 shortlisted candidates and as Rita Tinina reports, if they are endorsed the five will serve in the supreme court alongside the Chief justice and Deputy Chief Justice.
