Bates Veterans

VA Denial May Be Appealed to Court. Congress established the Court of Appeals of Veterans Claims in Washington, DC in order that veterans may have their VA denied claims reviewed by a Court independent of the VA. If you are a veteran whose claim has been denied by the VA, you may have the right to appeal to the Court. No Fee for Representation at the Court Our firm represents veterans—at no cost to the veterans—in their appeals to the Court. If we are successful with your case, we apply to the Court to approve a legal fee to be paid directly and solely by the VA. If your appeal is unsuccessful, there is no legal fee at all.
