I argue for Clara Bowden in a ficticious case arguing that this court (the fictional 21st Cir Ct of Appeals) has jurisdiction to hear the matter, CB entered a good-faith marriage, and that in the alternative, she should be granted asylum because she is a member of a cognizable social group and has a well-founded fear of persecution upon return to her native nation.
