This is a gag order motion brought by the Prosecutor to try to stop Joni Holbrook's defense team from speaking to the media during her murder trial. As you can see, the Prosecutor took one on the chin when attorney Jim Amberg told the Judge the prosecutor was akin to the pot calling the kettle black.
