Entering his fourth decade of law practice, Rob has tried more than 100 contested cases in state and federal courts. He is certified as a mediator and an ad litem. A member of NAELA, Rob concentrates his probate and guardianship practice in Denton, Collin, Dallas and Tarrant counties, but consults on cases and handles contested litigation matters throughout the state of Texas. He often serves as local counsel in hotly contested cases, such as representing a religious charitable foundation in complex litigation that concerned charitable trusts. Rob has represented business and government in both state and federal court and is regularly involved in business and real estate litigation. Rob has represented his clients in appeals and mandamus actions in the Texas Courts of Appeals at Dallas, Ft. Worth, Tyler, Waco and Eastland, in the Texas Supreme Court, the US Court of Appeals for Federal Circuit and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit at New Orleans.
